Our sermon explored the concept of “Spiritual Desperation” through the stories of Jairus and the woman with the issue of blood in Mark 5:21-43.

We learned how spiritual desperation compels individuals to prioritize their lives, setting aside dignity and societal expectations for a transformative encounter with God.

This desperation, while painful, often leads to profound spiritual breakthroughs when all other avenues are exhausted.

It doesn’t matter when we come, how we come, or even if He’s our last option – what matters is that we come.

As we go about our week, let’s reflect on areas in our lives where we might need to embrace spiritual desperation and trust God more fully.
