Beginnings
For over forty years, Margaret (Peg/Peggy) Hardesty shared her residence as a place where single women were encouraged to grow as followers of the Lord, Jesus Christ. The vision of Covenant Love Community Church is to continue that ministry in Peggy’s remodeled farm house, which is located adjacent to the church. Many women were blessed by her loving and godly example.

At Covenant Love Community Church, we believe every woman student deserves a safe, warm, and encouraging place to grow academically, personally, and spiritually.
Nestled in a renovated farmhouse, we offer beautifully updated apartment units at affordable rental rates, designed with the busy, budgeting student in mind.
This isn’t just housing—it’s a ministry of love, poured into every detail of this space just for you.
Renovation
Renovations began in 2014 and concluded with a dedication in 2018.
