Apartment B is on the ground floor with front access via the front porch. Inside is a kitchen, living area with fireplace, dining area, full bath, and two bedrooms. Secondary access is through a shared entryway that accesses the back porch and laundry room.
Front Door
This is a 2-bedroom shared unit. Single occupancy is $1,600 month. Double occupancy is $1,000 month. In other words, each bedroom is rented out at $1000 month and you would share the common space with a roommate. Water and trash are included in your rent.
