Jeremy Skaggs
Pastor Jeremy joined Covenant Love Community Church in September 2024, bringing with him a deep commitment to ministry and community. He is accompanied by his wife, Amy, whom he married in 2003, and their two energetic teenage sons.
Jeremy’s passion for the Gospel is evident in his leadership roles; he chairs the Missions Committee for the 4C’s, served on the Board of Y-Africa, and organized annual mission trips to Africa and Brazil, embodying a spirit of service and outreach.
Academically, Jeremy holds a Master’s Degree in Biblical Languages and Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. He completed his undergraduate studies in Pre-seminary Studies and Christian Ministry at Ohio Christian University in Circleville, Ohio.
In his free time, Jeremy enjoys practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where he has achieved the rank of purple belt. He also loves lifting weights and playing fetch with his 90-pound golden doodle, Sammy.
Originally from southern Ohio, Jeremy has had the privilege of living and ministering in diverse communities across the country, including Ohio, Seattle, Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. He is now excited to call the beautiful Upstate New York region home!
