Rich Welch
Rich attended high school in the area and graduated from Elim Bible Institute. Rich and Doris married in 1982 at CLC. They are grateful to have four grown children and fourteen grandchildren. They enjoy traveling to spend time with their family. Rich is recently retired from the facilities department at Ithaca City Schools.
